This beautiful pointer was in need of surgery for a mass on her ear. Recently adopted from a pointer rescue group in Idaho after her original owner passed away, they didn't have the funds to treat the dog, nor did the new adoptive family. Enter Paws in Need to tag/team with the dog rescue and the new family to contribute with a medical assistance grant through our urgent care program. After our friends at Bishop Ranch originally saw the dog, we also utilized Iron Horse Vet Care and their specialty knowledge and skills to schedule and remove the mass. Sometimes it takes multiple organizations, rescue groups and families to all come together for even one animal in need. Brandy is living her best life in her second loving home.
