This teen kitten was found in a very bad way by a Good Samaritan. While out walking, she found her in the bushes, likely having been hit by a car. With an immediate need for surgery, she got her into a local vet and got a diagnosis. A procedure called femoral head surgery was needed immediately and Paws in Need was contacted to utilize our urgent care program for a possible medical assistance grant. Our friends and experts at Iron Horse Vet Care stepped in to offer a second opinion and surgery was scheduled. Little Moo came through her procedure very well and is recovering nicely with her Good Samaritan, and even better news, they decided to keep her! Welcome to your forever home, Little Moo.
