This kitten hit the life jackpot when found on the streets of Oakland by a Paws in Need supporter and volunteer. Malnourished, alone and very young, she took her in. We were contacted to utilize both our urgent care and low cost spay programs to get her back on her feet. Our friends at Safe Cat took her in to their foster program after she was feeling better and found her a fantastic forever home. From the streets of Oakland alone and scared, to the queen of the house in Southern California, Lucy is living her very best life.
